I was looking for a fantasy map to use for Witchin' Hour with a view to creating a campaign. Whilst doing so I also wondered if there were any board games which might be suitable.
I checked on eBay and the maps were more than I wanted to pay, as were the board games. But I came across this board and it seems perfect.
The board is for a game called A Touch of Evil, and Board Game Geek website has some positive reviews and YouTube had videos of the game which have already come in useful.
Possibly I could buy the game and have all the cards with events and loads of other things but I have a mind to try that myself.
Here is the board:-
I think you will agree it has potential,
Eerie woods, abandoned keep, spooky manor, marsh, windmill, fields, crossroads, covered bridge and a few buildings in town to search etc.
I have the idea of making event/clue cards to take decisions out of my hands.
Could I have drawn it myself? Probably. But not as well for sure.
Now for the hard part. Paper, pen and thinking.
Looks a great map.
